The short version

This website sets no cookies, runs no analytics, loads no advertising or social trackers, and requests nothing from third-party servers. All fonts, images and video are served from this domain.

The enquiry form does not submit anything to this website. It composes a message in your own email application, which you then send. Nothing is stored here, and nothing is transmitted automatically.

What we receive

If you email us or use the enquiry button, we receive whatever you choose to send — typically your name, email address, phone number, vessel details and your message. We use it to answer you and to scope the work, and for nothing else.

We do not sell, rent or share your details with third parties, and we do not add you to a mailing list.

Automatically recorded data

Like any website, our hosting provider records standard technical request data — such as IP address, browser user agent and timestamp — in server logs for security, abuse prevention and availability monitoring. We do not use it to identify or profile visitors.

Data retention

Enquiries are kept only as long as needed to answer you and, where a program is engaged, to maintain the training and documentation records described elsewhere on this site. You can ask us to delete your enquiry at any time.

Your choices

You can contact us to ask what we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted. Write to info@pigandroosteratsea.com and we will respond.

Changes

If this policy changes, the updated version will be published on this page. This site is informational; the terms governing the training program itself are set out in the disclaimer and the indemnification agreement.
